Art in the Garden: Community Care & Unwavering Joy

April 5th marks an important day for A Red Circle. While many Americans across the country will join together in peaceful protest against this current administration, we’re doing things differently by bringing people together for creative fun. Join us this Saturday for Art in the Garden at the Healthy Flavor Community Garden and Market from 11am to 2pm – the first event of its kind this year!

The arts inspire collective healing in unique ways that are sometimes beyond comprehension. A Red Circle is intentional about tapping into outlets that allow community members to access restorative, holistic practices that sync the mind, body and spirit to promote a healthy well-being.

Art in the Garden encourages a transformative experience through creative rejuvenation. Guests can enjoy birdhouse painting, delicious food, community engagement and featured music from Hazelwood Northwest’s Middle School Band.

“While many will be marching, we will be taking care of our community and displaying the joy that no administration can take away from us,” said Erica R. Williams, Founder and Executive Director of A Red Circle.

For those who can’t attend, consider sponsoring a local student. There’s currently over 40 middle schoolers who’ve signed up to participate, and your generous support will cover their supplies and refreshments.

Help us promote radical community care by spreading love and joy through the creative arts this Saturday. Solidarity beyond expectation goes a long way!
